Statutory inspections are carried out by your Local Authority Building Inspector through the duration of the project. Your project manager will organise site inspections from you Local Authority surveyor and be there to greet them on site. Before we can design your extension we will sit down and listen to you ideas first. The plans are produced on CAD (computer aided design) which means that we can easily and promptly alter your design to your approval.
