Our team of designers and surveyors are experienced enough to prepare working drawing both for your and the Local Authority approval.

Our surveyor will measure your property using traditional methods for accuracy. Within ten days they will draw up plans of the existing and proposed scheme for your approval.

The surveyor will need to establish if you require planning permission and may liase with your Local Authority if necessary. After establishing whether you need planning permission they will prepare drawings specifications for the Building Control department. This often requires a comprehensive specification and structural calculations. On Approval of drawings we can schedule a commencement date for your project.

You may choose have plans drawn up by us and employ another building company to carry out the work. We can provide your builders with technical support if they require.
