Without a doubt Value will be added to your property and extra space will be crate for more living space. Planning permission will be need for this and can take a minimum of 8 weeks from your local authority.

Double Storey Extension
A double storey side extension can be build to certain properties on the side land or above existing garages. In order to build above the garage the garage foundations need to be examined enabling the garage to take the weight of the second storey. Under pinning is required should the foundation not be to the required depth.
