Rear Dormer Loft Conversions
One of the most common varieties of loft conversion is a rear dormer loft conversion. When there is no room to the side of the property to extend the roof, for example in the case of a mid-terrace house, this can be a viable option. We create a box-like shape in the loft by removing part of the rear of the roof and creating a new dormer between the ridge of the roof and the rear of your property. This creates a maximum amount of space, both headroom and walkable floor space, in your loft.
